The price for payments made with our card abroad depends on the currency and your account model. You can find the exact conditions in our price list. Payments in currencies other than euros are converted using the latest exchange rate provided by Visa.

You can withdraw cash from all ATMs that display the VISA logo. The conditions under which this is possible for your account model can also be found in our price list. Don’t worry, t’s designed to be clear and easy to understand.

Unfortunately, there are a very small number of cash machines which either do not accept VISA or charge a withdrawal free. This is decided by the operator of the cash machine and is not within our scope of influence. However, should you attempt to withdraw cash from one of these machines, you will be informed on-screen of any costs that may incur.
