You can order your card after the successful identification directly via the App. If your delivery adress differs from the one you have entered in the identification process, you can alter it at this stage as well.
Did you lose your card or was it stolen? We advise you to block your card immediately in the app.
To do so, you open the tab: "Card" under the personal profile in your app.
Here you will also find the field for reordering a card. Please visit our current valid price list to consult the fee for re-ordering your card.
Once your card expires, we will of course send you a new one free of charge.
In general we expect a shipping time of up to 10 working days. The shipping is green and via DHL GoGreen.
In rare cases it can happen that the letter is delayed. No reason to panic! Simply contact us via chat so that we can then find a solution for you.
We do not offer express shipping for the time being.
