You can order your card directly in the app after successful identification. The card can only be sent to the address stored in the app.

If you would like to cancel your card order, this is possible as long as you contact us on the same day. Please note that the cancellation must be requested via our live chat, as we may not see emails in time. Our live chat is available Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Have you lost your card or has it been stolen? In that case, we recommend blocking your card immediately via the app. To do so, go to your personal area and then to the “Manage cards” section. There you will also find the option to order a replacement card. You can check the costs for a replacement card in our price list.

When your card expires, you can of course order a new one free of charge in the app. You will be notified in good time when this happens.

In general, delivery can take up to 15 business days. Shipping is, of course, environmentally friendly and carried out with DHL GoGreen. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed — no need to worry! Just contact us via chat and we’ll be happy to help. We currently do not offer express shipping.
