In the event of something unusual, you can immediately change your card pin in the app or block your card. Our support is of course open for questions and requests as well. Important changes in the app and transfers must be authorized via TAN authentication. Additionally, your account is protected by our two-factor authentication. This means that in addition to the password login, another security feature has been added, the device binding. This means your account is always linked to your smartphone, and your smartphone alone.
