Once you have downloaded the app, you can conveniently and securely verify your identity. You can choose from several identification methods:


  • Video identification with IDNow:
    Our partner IDNow will guide you through the identification process via a video call. An agent will verify your identity using your ID document. Please make sure your smartphone has a working camera and microphone, and that you are in a quiet, well-lit environment.


  • eID (electronic ID function):
    Alternatively, you can use the online ID function of your ID card. This requires an NFC-enabled smartphone and your personal PIN. This method is particularly fast and fully automated, with no waiting time.


  • BankIdent+:
    With BankIdent+, you can verify your identity באמצעות your online banking account. You simply confirm your identity through a participating bank. This method is also fully digital and especially convenient if you already use online banking.
