You ensure at least the fixed interest rate of 5 % p.a. at the end of the term - as your safety net, so to speak. But the idea is different: As soon as we generate a profit to be distributed that exceeds this minimum interest rate, you will share this profit at the end of the fiscal year. The minimum interest rate then no longer applies. The same applies in the event of an IPO or sale of Tomorrow. This remuneration is not capped.
