You secure at least the fixed interest rate of 5% p.a. at the end of the term - as your safety net, so to speak. But the idea is different: As soon as we generate a profit to be distributed within the 10-year term that exceeds this minimum interest rate, you will share in this profit at the end of the financial year. The minimum interest then no longer applies. The same also applies in the event of an IPO or sale of Tomorrow. There is no upper limit to this remuneration.
