The cost of making payments with our card abroad depends on the currency and your account type. New customers can find the exact terms and conditions on our website, whilst existing customers can view them in the price list within their app (Menu > Documents). For payments in currencies other than euros, the transaction is converted using Visa’s latest exchange rate.

You can withdraw cash from any ATM displaying the VISA logo. New customers can find the terms and conditions for this in their account type on our website, whilst existing customers can find them in their price list.

Unfortunately, there are a very small number of ATMs that do not yet accept VISA or that charge their own fee. This is down to the ATM operator, and you will be informed of this when you attempt to withdraw cash, so that you can choose a different ATM.
