You can order your card directly after the successful identification. If your delivery adress differs from the one you have entered in the identification process, you can enter it at this stage as well.
Did you lose your card or was it stolen? We advise you to block the card immediately in the app. This is very easy under the tab: "Card". You can find this in the profile of your app.
Here you will also find the field for reordering cards. A replacement card costs you 10€.
Should your card expire, we will of course send you a new one free of charge.
In general we expect a shipping time of up to 10 working days. The shipping is of course green and is done with DHL GoGreen.
Sometimes it can happen that the dispatch is delayed. No reason to panic! Simply contact us in the chat, by mail or phone, then we will order you a new one if necessary. Of course, in this case it's free of charge.
So far we do not offer express shipping.
