From October 1, 2024, some older operating system versions are no longer supported by our app. Specifically, these are the following versions:

iOS: Version 13 and 14

Android: versions 5, 6 and 7

The affected app versions have not received any updates for several years, which poses security risks.

Certain legal requirements can also no longer be met. It is also becoming increasingly difficult for us to guarantee high app quality on so many different old versions.

For all iOS users: All devices running on iOS 13 or 14 can be updated to iOS 15. We strongly recommend doing this!

For Android users, it might be a bit trickier. Some of these devices may not be designed for newer Android versions. But don't worry! It's definitely worth checking whether an update is available for your device. There is often more potential in older devices than you think. So, just check your settings for possible updates.
