By default, the garnishable amount is automatically transferred by Solaris SE to the creditor after the legal waiting period.
If you want to settle the garnishment early, you can submit a SEPA mandate. Solaris will verify whether all requirements are met and carry out the payment if everything is in order.
Important for P-Konto holders: Blocked amounts are transferred to the creditor only after three months of non-use.
If you want to transfer blocked amounts earlier, we also need a completed SEPA mandate from you.
The SEPA can be filled in and sent directly over the app.
