It is intended for persons ≥ 18 years old who reside in the EU, do not have another German payment account (or have not already applied for one), and will not use the account for criminal activities. If you already have a regular account with Tomorrow or another bank, you are not eligible. The basic account allows you to receive deposits, make bill and standing order payments, use card payments, perform transfers, and withdraw cash from ATMs in the EU (fees may apply).
