We don’t want you to have to wait until your annual payment plan expires before you can enjoy the new benefits. Here’s how it works:
If you’re downgrading (e.g. Change → Now, Zero → Change, Zero → Now), you’ll need to wait until the end of your annual payment plan. Downgrades always take effect in the next billing cycle.
If you upgrade (e.g. Change → Plus, Now → Change, Now → Plus, or switching within the same tier such as Old-Now → New-Now, Old-Change → New-Change, Zero → Plus), you’ll switch to the new payment plan immediately. To ensure you don’t lose the unused months of your current annual payment plan, we automatically create a corresponding number of free trial months to compensate for this. This all happens automatically – without you needing to contact support.
Switches to accounts with monthly payment plans take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
