The Support Center exists because sending information by email isn't entirely secure from a data protection perspective: our emails are encrypted, but not end-to-end, so unauthorized access to transmitted data can't be fully ruled out — especially when it comes to sensitive matters like compliance requests or sending account statements, we want to offer you a safer alternative. The Support Center is secured through your app login, so only you as the account holder can access the data exchanged there, allowing you to share sensitive information with us securely and in compliance with data protection standards. That's why we currently use it for all messages we actively send to you, and we ask you to reply there instead of by email in those cases.
