In your transactions' history, you can see how much money has been rounded up for each payment, visible below the main amount. In addition, you can see in your Insights (graph below your account balance) how much you have spent on donations in the respective month, which of course includes the amounts of Rounding Up.
On your account statements, you will find the transfer of the rounded-up amounts next to the actual card payment.
