Our projects are selected carefully and well in advance. We check the organization behind it and the project for the following points, among others:

• Is the region severely affected by climate change? 
• What is its historical responsibility for climate change?
• Does the project help mitigate this imbalance? 
• Does it promote sustainability? 
• How involved is the target group in the project? 
• And how frequently is the project evaluated? 
• How is the impact ensured? 
• What about the financial efficiency of the project? 
• How much money really reaches the project? 
• What about the management of the organization? 
• Who is behind it? 
• Do they have an audited annual report?
• What is their vision? 
• Who is involved?

To be eligible as a project, they must score at least 29 out of 44 points in this process.
