Possible reasons for rejection are:
- Little to no activity on an account, such as incoming transfers or bookings
- SCHUFA score indicates an increased risk of loan default
- Payments have been missed or received late in the past
Please note that our support has no influence on the decision wether the overdraft is rejected or allowed. Also, specific reasons for denial cannot be shared or accessed.
Reapplication for overdraft is possible at any time, but we recommend you to try again after 90 days.
