Yes.

After splitting expenses, you can always edit the payments you’ve entered. Payments entered by other group members can only be edited by them.

In the group detail view, you can mark individual participants' outstanding balances as paid – or in this case, as “Quitt” – once they’ve settled up. When all outstanding amounts are cleared, the group gets a Quitt Stamp and is considered "closed."
